A crisp flow for those of you who like get a little practice during vacation! This sequence is well-rounded and easily modifiable — you can amp it up if you want to sprinkle in inversions or arm balances, or just go with Kathryn's simple flow. (One need not be on vacation to do this practice — use this anytime you want a brief, feel-good experience.)

Props: optional, if you have them

Postures include: sukasana or double pigeon (with a twist), (super) cat and cow, thread the needled, rolling (into boat pose), downdog, sun salutation A, low lunge, crescent with side bend, crescent on toes, simple twist with option to side plank, sun salutation B, warrior ii, reverse warrior, triangle, wide legged forward fold A + C (option to tripod headstand), handstand hops, revolved low lunge/crescent/option for side crow, camel, seated twist. No savasana is offered.
