First up? A Carrot Miso Pasta that we'll be cooking with the one and only, Jessamyn Stanley

We’re here to honor the full glory of the carrot, from top to bottom! Gremolata is traditionally made with just three ingredients: parsley, garlic, and lemon zest. We’re adding some zing with carrot tops, so that it can crown a big beautiful bowl of pasta bursting with umami. The best news? This recipe is fast, easy, and will make you look like a contestant for Top Chef.
