As I return from having shoulder reconstruction surgery, I am deeply inspired by the PT exercises and movements I am incorporating into my recovery, and I am excited to share them with you! This class is slow, gentle, and asks you to go deep into the supportive structures of the shoulder. This class is perfect if you want to give your shoulders some love but don’t want intense movement. It’s also perfect for anyone who is rehabbing from injury or just wants to add more stabilizing exercises into their toolbox!
