When we are cooking up our value systems, it is always good to throw in a dash of the sweet and spicy — the sweetness of empathy and the spiciness of honesty. Holding space for love and rage, grief and joy. When we mix what matters together, we create a recipe for strength, clarity, and action. 

In today's class, we will explore the realms of sweet and spicy through asana. We'll tap into what comes up when we allow ourselves that dash, with the sweetness of ease and the spiciness of challenge!

Postures Include: supine Baddha Konasana, Paschimottanasana, Half Butterfly, Star Gazer, Virabhadrasana (Warrior) series, Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon) Garudasana (Eagle) with a Plank series to add spice!
