Awareness starts with the breath. The simple act of listening to an inhale and exhale. When we combine this with movement, the connection between mind and body brings a deep sense of awareness. This awareness is a window to our physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being. Today's practice will explore each modality of well-being, and the effects they have on how we show up in the world.
