In this practice with Justin, we’re going to start slow and low, building connection with breathwork and meditation to center our minds and prepare for a deeply connected experience. We’ll flow and move for a bit to build some more heat then move towards an Ashtanga forward section reminiscent of Primary Series, but not with 100 vinyasas — maybe 5! The goal is to deepen our breath and body connection to create a sense harmony within us.

Postures include: breath work, meditation, ground stretches, lizards, hamstring stretches, shoulder openers, skandasana (of course), jump throughs and jump backs, seated forward folds.
