Dragon posture is one of my favorite postures from the Yin yoga practice. Not only is it a deep hip and groin opener that gets right into the joint, it also stretches the back leg’s hip flexors and quadriceps. Dragon pose has so many variations that help work it even deeper into the hip socket, which can also help with sciatica pain. This class is great for those that sit for prolonged periods of time (or those who have recently traveled). Let's move and release our mighty dragons, together!
