Kathryn has been recovering from shoulder surgery, so her typical yoga practice is still a ways away, HOWEVER, she is very excited to take you through her favorite circuit training routine. Given to her by Gina Caputo, this four-moves circuit has kept Kathryn strong, focused, and sane -- and she hopes it will do the same for you! Class will include a warm up and cool down.

All levels
30 minutes
Props: slider (or hand towel if you have a hardwood floor, paper plate if you have carpet), hand weight (Kathryn uses 20lbs, but use what feels best for you), 2 blocks, bench or somewhere to sit, medium or heavy woven resistance band. Optional: ankle weights and/or a weighted vest

Postures include: warm up, weighted march-in-place, 3-part sliders, weighted squats, seated outer thigh band work, cool down.
