Haus welcomes our new Phoenix Friend Ryanne Cunningham!

With background as an athlete and massage therapist, Ryanne teaches students more about their bodies through alignment, movement, and breath. In this Yoga for Athletes class, Ryanne focuses on muscle specific stretching to help all athletes enhance sport performance and stay injury free. This class also includes mobility moves and cues to give each student the full "yoga for athletes" experience.
