The eagle is the master of the element of fire (truth) and air (spirit). Use this vinyasa practice to unlock both through a massive celebration of Garudasana or Eagle Pose. The classic version of this posture opens the shoulders while improving our balance and concentration, but this creative sequence will let your eagle soar — we'll find eagle in standing poses, arm balances, inversions, backbends and more!
