Welcome to Week Two of Back in the Game!
Not only is this mantra-style meditation one of my favorites, it is also the perfect accompaniment to this week's physical practice. Use this meditation when you need a little boost. We will repeat the phrase "I am energized, I am focused."
Recommendation: Do this meditation 3-5x this week.
5 minutes of meditation + 2 minutes of free-writing
Props: suggested bolster, blanket, blocks or chair
