Haus welcomes back our prop-tastic Phoenix Friend, Allison Ray Jeraci!

It's time to take our props on an unforgettable journey to flying splits (Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2). We’ll warm up our wrists and spine before embarking on side plank variations using a resistance band. After that, we’ll do a short standing and kneeling flow that prepares us for the arm balance Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 and a few exploratory transitions. We’ll conclude with soothing restorative poses to integrate our prop-tastic journey.
