Ready to fire up the grill? This challenging vinyasa-movement fusion goes deep into the core and increases mobility with cardio and Pilates-inspired moves. Play with weighted clamshells, sassy mermaids, flying straddles, and some squats and kicks guaranteed to make your legs burn.

Recommended Haus Block Party challenge: repeat this practice 2-5 times during the week before moving onto the next class in our program. This class is designed to be done with or without ankle and hand weights. Test drive the practice and adapt to your personal needs and intentions.
