Welcome to Week 2 of the Block Party program!

Slather on some SPF, because this class is gonna pack some heat! This practice fires up our obliques through three groups of strength and yoga-inspired movement. Get ready for twists, rotations, kicks, and a powerful spin on standing poses. Show up curious and ready to challenge yourself through this upbeat fusion of Haus Movement and Haus Yoga.
