Welcome to Week One of Back in the Game!

Our first meditation will focus on the simple concept that all of this is temporary — seasons away from your yoga practice, meditation practice, feelings of discomfort, sadness — the list goes on. It can often feel like you've gone down that slide and can't get back up, and that is why we are here to sit, let go of the story, and remember that life and all of its experiences are ever changing.

Once the meditation concludes, we will test the water's with one minute of free-writing. But please, if you feel inspired — keep going! We're working our way up to five minutes of free-writing by week four, but the goal is be free with your thoughts and see what information might be humming right beneath the surface.

Recommendation: Do this meditation 3-5x this week.
