Cultivate power with this circuit workout sandwiched between a sun salutation warm up and hip opening cool down. This little power house of a class packs a punch: weighted squats, reclined core, posterior chain and upper body strengthening, and just enough cardio to say, 'That'll do, thanks!' Use this class without weights to build confidence and stability, or add an assortment of hand and ankle weights to turn up the heat.

Props (optional): 1.5 lbs ankle weights, 2 5 lbs weights, 8 lbs weights, and one 15-25lbs weight. 

Postures include: sun salutation A, squats with bicep curls, overhead press, and tricep dips, reclined core, clam shells, scissors, row kickbacks, leg lifts, knee-to-nose, flies, mountain climbers, lunge to squat, squat hops, bridge, window wipers, seated forward fold, thread-the-needle, shoulder stretches.
