Moving Mythology + New Moon Ritual: Triple Goddess

Kathryn Budig

Kathryn Budig (she/her) is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher, author, ...
What better way to usher in the new year than with a Moving Myth and Moon Ritual combo? Class opens with a nine knotted cord ritual to bind the new moon energy and set our intention for the year to come (or whenever you're taking this practice). We then dive into a physical practice embodying the triple goddess and the phases of life she represents: the maiden (exploration, searching, creativity), the mother (power, sexuality, life), and the crone (wisdom, cycles, endings).

Kathryn takes you back to her roots, sharing tales of the moon goddesses (Artemis, Selene and Hecate) and how to keep your aim true.
