Welcome to Week Four of Back in the Game!

It's almost graduation time! This is how Haus members meditate every Monday: 15 minutes of meditation followed by five minutes of free-writing. This week's meditation focuses on Japa (derived from the Sanskrit root, jap, meaning "to repeat quietly and internallyā€¯). Mala beads are encouraged but not required. The mantra "just the beginning" is repeated 108 times followed by silence and observation to help us invest in true and empowering perspective.

Recommendation: Do this meditation 3-5x this week.
