Welcome to Week 1 of the Block Party program!

This is just the beginning of your Haus block party! This creative practice strengthens our body and activates our imagination with the use of yoga blocks. Awaken your adductors in sun salutations, fire up your core through balance work, and be brave with funky chaturangas and big leaps into the unknown (okay, okay — actually just onto a block)!
