Pan con Tomate is one of my favorite Spanish tapas: it’s a simple dish of toasted bread, rubbed with garlic, and topped with grated tomato, olive oil, sherry, and salt. It’s best served when tomatoes are in season, so as a celebration of the end of tomato season, I present Pan con Tomate: The Pasta Edition. We’re swapping out bread for pasta, but we’re transforming the toast into garlicky breadcrumbs! You don't want to miss this one!
