Welcome to Week One of Back in the Game!

I’ve been paying close attention and know the last few years have rocked many of our personal practices. Getting back onto the mat can be a blow to the ego, so I designed this four-week program to help us get past the joy gap and properly jog our memory: yoga feels like coming home!

First up: A short and sweet practice incorporating feel-good movement with just enough strength and heat-building postures to help light your fire. Plenty of modifications are offered, but feel free step it up or slow it down where you need to. The first class of each week might feel like a challenge, but that's part of the experience — dance with it, and by the end of the week, you'll be ready for your next chapter.

Recommendation: Do this class 3-5x this week.
