Tiffany Cruikshank is in the Haus!!
Use this fluid acupressure flow anytime you want to move through stress and dissolve tension. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the wood element is connected to the liver & gallbladder organs, which are all responsible for our stress regulation as well as supporting our clarity & purpose in life. This class uses a breath focused flow to target these meridians along with some acupressure points to help regulate stress in our body and bring a calm focus to your day.
You'll start with some breath work & acupressure to begin then we'll dive right into movement. We'll use some cathartic movements to warm up, boost circulation, and get into your groove then head into a flow that builds each round. This class ends with some hip work, acupressure & pranayama to leave you calm & clear for the rest of your day. For more info on integrating acupressure & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in a yoga setting you can check out Tiffany's Chinese Medicine training for yoga teachers on Yoga Medicine®

Props: No props needed, but if you have a strap & a block grab them.
