Metaphysical healer Tiffany Maloney is back in the Haus for this full moon!
"The Pink Moon" refers to the pink phlox flowers in bloom. Blanketing the spring earth with the bright promise of Spring and Summer, they cast a pink glow under the full moonlight. Pink is also the corresponding color of the heart chakra. In this ritual, we will call on Venus, the goddess of love, and release all of our disappointment and heartache from this past year, while surrounding ourselves in a shield of light. We will conclude with a few heart opening poses and ease into a reclined meditation.
