  • 1 candle, preferably in glass
  • 1 blank sticker or 1 piece of paper with tape
  • Paper or journal 
  • Pen or pencil
  • Lighter or matches
  • Sacred smoke, such as sage, incense, or Palo Santo
  • Object or statues of importance (optional)
