It's time to express yourself (oh baby, ready or not)! This practice is here to help you free your throat chakra: the home of self expression! We'll explore throat-opening postures including neck stretches, low lunge, lion's breath, and camel, alongside USING our voice. That means connecting specific mantras to each breath of our salutations and powerful phrases in postures where we often feel vulnerable.

Postures include: Vishuddhi mudra, side neck stretch, neck scraping, cat and cow, sun salutation A + B, low lunge, side plank, simple twist, warrior i + ii, reverse warrior, side angle, wide-legged standing fold, standing 1/2 pigeon, tree pose, big-toe pose, malasana, option to crow or arm-pressure balance, camel variations, seated forward fold, baddha konasana, supine twist, savasana.
