Learn the tale of the trickster Anansi, the West African spider god, and how he became the owner of all stories in the world. We'll move our bodies along to the story of the Sky God Nyame and his challenge to Anansi: bring back Onini the Python, the Mmoboro Hornets, Osebo the Leopard, and the Fairy Mmoatia in exchange all the stories in the world.

Postures include: Reclined big-toe pose, spinal twist, paschimottonasana, lizard, sun salutation A, malasana, crab, spinning downward facing dog, runner's lunge, low lunge, standing splits, sun salutation B with 'spider moves', jump through to sit on blocks, reclined core, tripod to chaturanga (option to use wall), side kicks into barrel rolls, reclined side big toe pose, hanumanasana (splits), inverted compass, spider goddess, cow face, double pigeon, happy baby, savasana.
