Awaken your joy with this simple and focused meditation. All you need is an object that brings you uncomplicated joy — a plant, a piece of art, a favorite pillow, a picture of someone you love, etc. Avoid objects that "excite" the mind. Rather, aim for something simple that allows your heart to feel open and relaxed. Use this external meditation to allow your inner joy to shine through.
