This 30 minute practice focuses on opening all the channels of the body with only 5 postures -- with each posture being held for 5 minutes each! This Yin class is perfect if you are short on time or if you are using your Yin practice before or after a workout. Keep the body limber, help release the mind, and free the qi in this quick 30 minute class.
