Each class comes with optional props, so you can gauge where you’re at day-to-day while building muscle, mobility, and stability. As always, the classes are taught in true Kathryn fashion: thoughtful but playful, challenging yet accessible, and filled with fabulous guest stars! So grab your friends, or just come hang with us — it’s Block Party time!
 
How it works:
